Shipping Policy
UnderWorld Fashions will only accept orders from New Zealand, Australia, United Kingdom, Canada
and the USA. This is to ensure that we are both protected from credit card fraud.
Shipping Charges: $5.00 for delivery anywhere in New Zealand and $15.00 for International
orders.
New Zealand Delivery Times: We aim to deliver within 7-28 days depending
on availibility once payment has been processed.
Delivery Method and Labelling: Your private selections will be delivered to your door via
New Zealand Post.
No Signature Required: All deliveries will not require a signature unless specifically
stated by you.
Despatch Notification: We will notify you by email when your order has been despatched.
International Orders and Delivery: International Deliveries will be done by NZ Post
International Air and takes approx 7-28 days depending on the destination
and availibility.
UnderWorld Fashions does not collect duties and taxes. These charges must be paid in order for
your package to clear your countries customs. For further information on your countries custom
policies, please contact your local customs office.
