Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
Underworld Fashions will only accept orders from New Zealand, Australia, United Kingdom, Canada and the USA. This is to ensure that we are both protected from credit card fraud.
Shipping Charges: FREE delivery anywhere in New Zealand and $25.00 for International orders.
New Zealand Delivery Times: We aim to deliver within 4-7 days once payment has been processed. If an item is out of stock or only available ex-stock please allow 14-28 days.
Delivery Method and Labelling: Your private selections will be delivered to your door via New Zealand Post.
No Signature Required: All deliveries will not require a signature unless specifically stated by you.
Despatch Notification: We will notify you by email when your order has been despatched.
International Orders and Delivery: International Deliveries will be done by NZ Post International Air and take approx 7-10 days depending on the destination. If an item is out of stock or only available ex-stock please allow 21-28 working days.
UnderWorld Fashions does not collect duties and taxes. These charges must be paid in order for your package to clear your countries customs. For further information on your countries custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
In accordance with New Zealand Health Regulations, we do not permit the return of intimate apparel and products.
The only exception will only be made for lingerie re-sizing as long as the item has not been worn. All items must be new, clean and unworn with all tags attached and with the original packaging. No refund will be given if returned item has been worn or damaged. If a re-sized product is not available a credit note will be issued.
Panty garments and hosiery are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances except for product defects and then only for an exchange. Due to the nature of hosiery products, we cannot accept returns of hosiery that has been tried on, as they stretch out to conform to your shape.
We do not provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase so we ask that you choose carefully.
The items must be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt and with proof of purchase.
All Erotic Toys carry a 30 day manufacturers warranty against faults. In the unlikely event of there being a fault with any product that you have purchased, we will send a replacement providing the item is returned within the warranty period.
Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs when returning products.
If goods are proven faulty, we will provide a replacement free of charge under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
